SCHOOL COUNCIL

Children elect members of their class to be school councillors across school. Our councillors meet with the headteacher Mrs Bailey, to discuss important topics for the school and collect the views and opinions of their classmates.

Recently we have been discussing the playground improvements children would like to see and we have a grand Garden Project underway.

HOUSE CAPTAINS

Children in Y6 are chosen to present their teams – Birch, Oak, Willow & Pine. 

House captains lead our FAB workshop on a Friday where children are recognised for their achievements in and out of school. House captains also total up the points for their teams gained that week, ready to find out which team is in the lead each week!

WORSHIP LEADERS

Our dedicated workshop leaders organise and prepare for collective worship. They support children to reflect on the messages delivered each day.

Our worship leaders ensure that worship runs smoothly. They meet with Mrs Bailey to feedback and plan collective worship each half term.

SPORTS LEADERS

Across school our sports leaders organise sports at playtimes. They plan the games and equipment for each day and develop games for children to be involved in.

ECO COUNCIL

Our eco-councillors are keen to support school to be eco-friendly, teaching children about the importance of looking after our world and environment. They monitor how well we recycle across school and have many exciting things planned this year.
