Class 2
Welcome to Class 2. Our class is taught by Miss Selby and has both Year 1 and Year 2 children in it.
Our classroom environment is a lovely calming space with plenty of resources to help us learn.
What we are learning:
Our overarching theme this term is 'Our Local Area' learning about where we live and the village of Edwinstowe. In Science, we are learning about the human body and the 5 senses.
The children explore this theme through a range of continuous provision activities as well as focused activities.

Important news from Class 2:
Our PE days are Monday and Friday, please ensure all children come to school in the correct PE kit and stay in this kit all day.
We encourage children to read 3 times a week at home. Check out our new reading rewards 'Starbooks'. Children are rewarded for completing reading challenges in exchange for exciting prizes.
