Class 4
Welcome to Class 4.
This Year 5 and 6 mixed-age class is taught by Miss Wright. Mrs Frith supports the children in their learning during the morning sessions on Monday-Thursday and also delivers French and art/DT on Wednesday afternoons. As the oldest children in school, here at St. Mary's, we aim to enable our pupils to flourish into resilient, enthusiastic and curious learners in preparation for the next step in their educational journeys.
What we are learning:
Below you will find our current learning overview. We are currently working on Summer 2 –2026. This half-term, the children are learning about tourism within the local area of Sherwood Forest and making comparisons to Robin Hood's Bay.
Important news from Class 4:
It's a very exciting time of year as this term the class will be rehearsing for the end-of-year production, 'Porridge', Year 5 will have their Forest School sessions and Year 6 will get to experience what secondary school will be like through their upcoming transition days.
